BREAKING NEWS
The NTEU was in the Australian Industrial Relations Commission tonight
(29 June 2007) until almost 8:30 pm, before Senior Deputy President
Richards. The issues involved what the NTEU regarded as the failure of
the University to properly consult about the downsizing of the University and affected fixed-term appointments at CQUHis Honor's decision was provided to the parties at about 11:00 pm. It's our view that the decision confirms the NTEU's position on consultation . The decision is on our site here.
